With over 12 years of consultancy experience in career management and Level A & B British Psychological Society qualified, Lynn is able to use a wide number of leading edge psychometric tools including 4G, Wave, OPQ, Hogan, SHL, 16PF5, MBTI, Profiling for Success, WGCTA, RANRA to support informed decisions on, for example, recruitment, development, succession planning, promotion prospects, team balance or individual coaching needs regarding people’s skills, talents, strengths, motivation, creativity and behavioural styles.

Lynn’s main objectives are to provide bespoke services in partnership; to customise workplace strategies and interventions to support business owners in their bid to recruit, develop and retain staff whilst raising their bottom line and being suitably skilled and fit for work.
