As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 15 years consulting experience and a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society and Member of the Division of Occupational Psychology, Julia’s work has focused on the objective assessment of people’s abilities and typical behaviour.

Her skills range from personality / cognitive style profiling through to integrity and team assessment. In addition to competency design and running assessment centres for recruitment or development, she specialises in individual assessments of capability for people trying to return to work following their time off due to physical or mental ill health / stress.

Her unique balance between understanding disability and good commercial awareness informs her efforts to find a way to get her clients back to their original work or more appropriate employment.
